Shamrock Development is a national affordable housing consulting firm headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts. We advise developers, lenders, syndicators, investors, housing authorities, and nonprofits on affordable housing entitlement, deal structuring, asset management, and related consulting services. We do not act as a general contractor or physical developer.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems.
Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content without our written permission.
